Haymitch, destined to become Katniss's mentor, is portrayed as a tribute in the notorious 50th Hunger Games. The cast also includes several accomplished actors in pivotal roles: Jesse Plemons is playing Plutarch Heavensbee. Ralph Fiennes is cast as a earlier incarnation of the menacing President Snow. Current Projects and Release Timeline Separately, Jennifer Lawrence has been nominated for a Golden Globe for the film Die My Love. Josh Hutcherson is part of the hit horror film Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Regarding the filming timeline: Principal photography commenced in the summer of 2025.
